Beavers Companion

We provide non-medical medication reminders to assist residents with remembering scheduled medications as prescribed by their healthcare provider. Staff may remind residents of medication times, observe self-administration when permitted, and document reminders in accordance with the individual care plan. Medication reminders do not include administering, prescribing, or altering medications, and are provided to promote safety, routine, and adherence while respecting resident independence.
