Care is delivered according to the client’s care plan, promoting safety, independence, and personal dignity at all times.

Toileting and incontinence care
We provide compassionate and discreet assistance with toileting and incontinence care to ensure comfort, hygiene, and dignity. Services may include assistance with transferring to and from the toilet, help with clothing adjustments, perineal care, and timely changing of incontinence products. Caregivers monitor skin integrity, promote proper hygiene to help prevent irritation or infection, and encourage regular toileting routines when appropriate. All care is delivered respectfully, in accordance with individual care plans, and with a focus on privacy, safety, and personal independence.

Eating and feeding assistance
We provide respectful and attentive eating and feeding assistance to support proper nutrition, hydration, and overall well-being. Services may include meal setup, assistance with feeding, encouragement of independent eating when possible, and monitoring for swallowing difficulties or dietary concerns as outlined in the care plan. Caregivers ensure meals are served safely, at an appropriate pace, and in a comfortable setting while following any prescribed dietary guidelines. All assistance is provided with patience, dignity, and sensitivity to individual preferences and cultural needs.

Dressing and grooming
We provide respectful, professional assistance with dressing and personal grooming to support each individual’s comfort, dignity, and personal preferences. Services may include help selecting appropriate clothing, assistance with putting on and removing garments, fastening buttons or zippers, and ensuring clothing is clean, well-fitted, and suitable for the weather or daily activities. Grooming support may include hair care, oral hygiene, shaving, nail care (non-medical), and general appearance upkeep. All services are delivered in a manner that promotes independence, privacy, and self-esteem while adhering to established care plans and safety standards.

Mobility assistance and transfers
We provide safe and supportive mobility assistance to help individuals move comfortably and confidently throughout their environment. Services may include assistance with walking, repositioning, and transferring to and from beds, chairs, wheelchairs, or other mobility devices. Caregivers use proper body mechanics and approved transfer techniques to reduce the risk of injury and promote safety. When appropriate, encouragement is given to maintain or improve independence and strength, while closely following individualized care plans and ensuring dignity, comfort, and fall prevention at all times.
