Our Services

We provide non-medical medication reminders to assist residents with remembering scheduled medications as prescribed by their healthcare provider. Staff may remind residents of medication times, observe self-administration when permitted, and document reminders in accordance with the individual care plan. Medication reminders do not include administering, prescribing, or altering medications, and are provided to promote safety, routine, and adherence while respecting resident independence.

Secure medication storage is provided to ensure all resident medications are safely stored, properly labeled, and accessible only to authorized staff, supporting accurate medication reminders and resident safety.

We provide assistance with self-administered medications in accordance with each resident’s individualized care plan and applicable regulations. Trained staff may assist by reminding residents to take their medications, reading medication labels, opening containers, handing medications to the resident, and observing self-administration when permitted. Staff do not administer medications, make clinical judgments, or alter prescribed dosages. This service supports medication adherence while promoting resident safety, independence, and dignity.
